Zuko looks a little too old, yes, but Azula looks... masculine. Face and body. It's kind of freaking me out (not that Azula doesn't do that ANYWAY, but that's neither here nor there...). Good composition, though and I love Zuko's long-suffering expression.

Azula hopes her madness is infectious. Zuko ain't buying it, clearly. Alternatively, he may be somewhat used to this sort of thing. His face looks all 'great, not the Joker speech AGAIN'.
One minor complaint: Zuko's face looks too MANLY. (It deserves the ALLCAPS.) A chin as MANLY as that deserves a beard worthy of Wang Fire, HERO OF THE FIRE NATION. (In my headcanon, Wang Fire is a local Captain Ersatz of Ciaphias Cain.) I think he should look a little prettier, or maybe have a more delicate looking chin.
