Well I've got some Ideas...I'll share them with you (I just want to talk about C2 more and who knows you may get inspired, lol)
For Ellie...I could see her doing something like Spinning around her Staff similar to a pole dance move.
As for why...In many instances of her Dialogues, Ellie makes quite a few hints she has a more wild, more mature-focused side, which I'll admit may only be directed at the Player Character given their shared story, but it is there.
Also the Lingerie gift with the description of "for adults only" is a gift Ellie "Loves", and it's two counterparts are simply "Likes" for her which contrasts the Outwardly-Mature Chloe who doesn't like the "for Adults Only" Lingerie gift at all and simply likes the other two versions.
--the problem with this is how young she looks...but I literally mean it, in-game they imply her to have a very wild side.
Fuuko, just a typical feminine pose could work, given her feelings of being "Just an Ordinary girl", but I could see her holding her arms out in an X-shape while holding her Dusk Breakers. not really a feminine pose, no, but one she seems capable of.
I could see Narika holding her Weapon off to the side and looking over her shoulder similar to Chloe here...but more idle and less dynamic. Maybe also looking over her left shoulder while holding the weapon on her right side and her left arm reaching out to whom/what she is looking at.
Serrina I can see doing an spin-kick, using her other leg as the balance and her weaponed leg to strike or maybe the signature Tsundere "Tsuntsun Pout" while shaking her fist and stomping on something with her leg-mounted weapon, but this second one seems far too cliche to work, at least in writing.
Unfortunately I've got no ideas for Feene or Torri, and that's a letdown because Chloe+Ellie and Feene are my top-3 liked Ladies in this game
Again, just some ideas, hopefully they'll at least give you something to go on...

Well for me both Chloe and Ellie are my #1*, Chloe's overall Personality and outlooks, and then Ellie's overall disposition not just to the Player but those around her, and then of course, Ellie's ending is honestly my top favorite.
Chloe makes the right stat spread with Ellie and the Player for the kinds of Star Children I use. Also in battle Chloe's a lot more useful than most others, as she gets her own BP powered Area Heal that also recovs MP. and her own copy of the stand MP costing Health restoring Area Heal...really for me it's fairly even bweteen them
Overall my favorites in these heroines are
Chloe+Ellie*
Feene
Fuuko
Torri
Narika
Serrina
(* Technically I count both Chloe and Ellie as both my #1 and#2 favorites so that makes Feene technically still #3, this is because I go with who suits my mood the most between Chloe and Ellie, but again they are equals in my favoritism.)
