Veget's evilnes is what makes him so damn cool !
even in the buu saga he kept his evilness, and for that exact reason he said his mos famous quote, probably the best most powerful quote in all of DBZ :
"you may have envaged my body and mind but there's one thing a saiyan always keeps, HIS PRIDE"

Hmm, at the beginning of DBZ, I did find myself sorta laughing at Vegeta's short and big-eyed appearance. And his mouth was so huge when he went to laugh. So it made him seem like... not an evil guy... but an evil little guy.

It looked more.. brownish to me. Like... he's got really dark dark dark brown hair. But it was lighter brown when he first appeared.
