Hmm or do you mean the one with all the boys dressed in blue Tuxedo's and the boy that ended up in that school because he's smart and the others are rich ? And the girl that tried to make the smart boy look bad infront of the other people by making the table trip over so he fell on her ?

No problem I don't know of any Coloring Program's except Open Canvas 4.5 That you told me about recently. Hmm I havn't seen that Anime yet. Is it a good Anime ?

Other decent colouring programs are coral Painter and photoshop. (:
I use photoshop and open cavas mainly- but only because I can't afford painter. ^0^;;;
