Surprise! I settled my work earlier so I managed to get a page out today

That's true but a lot of the past in the canon original undertale is shrouded in total mystery like how did alphas inject the minsters and was it the same formula gaster and possibly the Sans of the original universe created? Did all of gasters research get destroyed from him and alphys go from scratch or did she piece what she could together from what notes survived that she could read. I'm not even sure if wing dings was used with gasters notes or if she could read it if it was. Then again the affects could be swapped or that gasters formula worked whilst alphus didn't.

Not all of Gaster's research was destroyed, if you consider the blueprints from Sans' workshop to be plans of Gaster's prototype, then something survived...
