Description
This is a large felling area somewhere in southern Finland.

At first, it will have been looking barren because it has been completely destroyed by large machines that are used for harvesting trees. After a year or so, it will have been reforested (planted with trees), and in summer the area is blooming with small plants and flowers that now have space to live after large trees are gone. When I visited the site one misty winter morning it was looking pretty desolate, however, although there were already obvious signs of life.
