When I first got into the Dragonball fandom, I had the cliche idea to make a character related to a main character of the story. Gokan was the third son of ChiChi and Goku, and works for the Time Patrol. Despite how cliche the idea is, I really do like this character and his design, which is why I redrew him digitally. (The original pictures will likely never see the light of day haha.)
