Well, I mean, this is the same pony who beat a cockatrice in a staring contest, launched a verbal fury at a full-sized dragon, turned into the Hulk while inside a comic book, yelled at a Winterchilla until it calmed down, and has helped Twilight save Equestria a dozen times. Even if the stare has no effect on him, I think Discord knows better not to mess with Fluttershy at this point. Heck, Godzilla wouldn't want to make her mad.

Well you know, when I do a drawing, it sometimes takes me like 10 times to get it right! You just have to practice and try to adjust was is bothering you. Also, always go in shapes! Never just try to directly draw the perfect line and all that's the wrong way to do!
And about your software, I only know about mspaint (duh) and in my opinion it's not the best software to work on (I only know a few people that can really make master pieces on it!) I can recommend you to got with SAI or GIMP (the first program I've ever used) tho the software have nothing to do with the way a person draws
But I was thinking about making a tutorial of how I draw Discord ... perhaps it could help c:
