I'm on track for another education (since I didn't get into the watchmaker school) now that I finally got to meet with my handler in the swedish public health insurance place. So now I'm going to get two high school courses that I need for a later education, at the same time as I go on practice at a place where they take care of people with disabilities and my goal is to get an education in work therapy, where you get people who have need of assistance from machines or support things and you find their need and you meet it with either helping things (plastic casts, motorbikes, corsetts etc). I have no idea how to properly explain it, but it's a job where I'd get to be a detective, a problem solver and help people live with their disabilities and have better lives.
One of my sisters told me I'd be perfect for the job, and the more I have looked into it, the more I think she's right. I'd be happy in that job too I think. I'd get to help people, and that was my biggest issue with watchmaking, that I wouldn't get to help humanity become better, you know? I've always felt that helping others, being their light and being there for people in pain and hard times... that's my dream job. To get paid for helping people live better lives, be happier and to get rid of their problems for them just by giving them the tools they need.
I have made a fair few papercrafts during the autumn and winter, but I haven't had the time to put anything up here, but I'll try to get it all up here asap since a few of my models are really, really pretty. I did Juke's Elsa bust for example, and a few other nice simple ones. I'll try to get them up during this week. I just suddenly have a lot going on in my life and any time I get over I want to put into papercrafting and then my uploading suffers from me never feeling like I have the time to put anything up. I'll rectify that, probably on wednesday.

Sound like you have a really good plan, the job for helping other people sound such a nice thing.
I hope you health is good in the moment.
I looked over you models just moments ago, they are real nice.
I, as always have to many projects at the same time, I always want to make and learn to many things at once.
Since I brought over the papercraft I made as a payment for the shop that scaned my daughters,
he asked how much money I would take if someone saw this model in his shop and wanted one of himself.
I have no idea if I even want to make these for others... he said he sometimes has advertising companys that maybe could use somthing like this for a fair.
It would be cool to do something like that, as always I don´t really know how long I take for an easy person model like the "brothers" I did before (and we are writing under)...
with preparation in the 3D program, pepakura and doing the model itself maybe 50-80 hours.
When I get the data for my other twin daughter to work on soon, I am determined to use a timelapse program to document the whole thing in a video.
Then there is the Luna statue in my basement waiting to be completed, I started to learn programming (C# and unity), I like to play games, both alone and with my daughters
and now I go in the warm bathtub while continue writing my fanfiction.
aaaaahhhh, I do to much stuff
PS: Star vs. the forces of evil is GREAT

That is some serious amount of work in the spare time you've got there!
I don't think you should do a model for anyone outside of an hourly wage of at least 20€, but preferably more since that would be taxed too, and this is actual work when it comes right down to it. I read this amazing post from a knitter my sister knows who did an estimate on how much her knitted things would cost if people valued that kind of Hantwerk as much as they do for example Holzbau, and she came to the conclusion that a pair of patterned mittens would cost about 1200€ if she would get a fair price for them. It might be a difference in how much people value traditionally female work vs traditionally male work, but I for one think it's got more to do with people not valuing Hantwerk as much as they used to, and when people see papercraft, a lot of people feel like since they could do these models themselves, it can't be worth too much for them to pay for the actual work behind it. It might be that since a lot of people have it as a hobby, it's devalued too. "You're having fun making it, so why do uou need to get paid too?" You know?
I don't know. I just think you should be careful to get paid for the actual work you put into it, if you decide to do anything for anyone else.

You got a good point.
And I don´t know how tax would work for something like that.
I guess it would be best to just do it for myself, since I don´t need the money in the moment.

I think that you should still get paid for 60-80 hours work though. That's at least two weeks of fulltime work. That's not nothing.
