Description
was a request by Garfield1601 on the Mugen wiki. He wanted to see him in Mugen. The sprites were done by him, and I did the coding, animation and sounds.Why isn't ALF's portrait drawn? Well he is real-life, so that would be really hard.
What he has so far:
All 4 attacks (Stand,air,crouch)
Two Hypers: TV Shock and MMC
Sounds
Shock/Burn/Freeze
So far this has been done with original coding, except for the last part of TV Shocker, I had to add 's shock effect.

wait,i have an idea,if its going to be a combination,why no use aperson´s sprites and fer´s code,so then the code wouldd be better without the nap move or then it would be fer´s sprites and aperson´s code if you use fer´s ones

I'm trying too lose the "stealing" code part. But I still am using aperson's sprites but I know a way to use either sprites.

I mean that the person using the character could choose either Fer's or Aperson's sprites. So which ever one they like, they can use. It'd take me longer, but it'd the person a choice.
