What a drawing! Very funny and so nice!
I like your well-strucured strong shadows which make the figure very thin and old,the wrinkles support this, too. also very cool are the clothes, they are perfectly for the monk!
It is the a really perfect drawing except the head. The head seems to be a bit fast and uncosequent drew, you do not exactly copy the strong lines and shadows from the body into the head. (But this is in my point of view..perhaps you wanted it like that 
All in all I had a real laugh, the snake is a wonderful detail!
(oh the details...they are all so nice, funny and fantastic, but especially the snake!)

Now I see why the head does not really belong to the rest... i think the skull is to round...
