Eh. Still haven't seen the movie.
I'd love to see it, actually. Would have been awesome to go see another movie in 3D, too, the last time I went to a cinema was in 2009 for "Avatar".
I watched the trailer, and I was all hyped! ... then I watched the German trailer, and I was all un-hyped instantly.
It's the German voice-over. Not that the voiceactors are necessarily that bad, but ... the English ones are definitelly a different league entirely.
Not just that, but it's a videogame movie alright - in the sense that the German translation and what counts as "slang" in the trailer make me cringe.
Heck, even in the trailer, jokes are already lost in translation, like that "you wouldn't hit a guy with glasses" pun. Even the German movie title sounds weird. It's exactly why all my videogame systems are set to English by default, with very rare exceptions for some games, perhaps.
Yeah. Would've loved to see the movie in 3D, but I'd rather watch it in English instead.
I suppose I'll have to wait for the DVD, so I can set the movie to English, then.
