Title says all what is needed to be said. It is not about the photo. It is about the shoes themselves. They encountered various terrains, are torn and dirty both inside and outside, as I regularly have been wearing them and I am still wearing them but only during summer since I bought myself new ones.Related content

I'd say yes. However, if I think of an adventure I think of a more basic sense of the term adventure. As this term derives from Latin prefix ad, which means e.g. to or towards to, and the verb venire (1. Person Sg. = venio), which means something like to come. So I am looking forward and prepare to something that is about to come to me. But I am not the Harrison Ford guy (= Indiana Jones) that I am pitching myself into an adventure.
To answer your question: I have no problem with adventures.

nope, I am not wishing myself anything that is going to happen to me. But shit happens anyways for example on your way to work and if you are not prepared you are going down or are just watching which is doing nothing. That is what prep is for. That is more what I have meant.
