This piece would be perfect for a project we are developing -- an online gallery for artists who have been bullied or who explore the theme of bullying in their work. It's called the You Will Rise Project. Check it out here: [link] and read the "Submit Work" section for details about sharing your work on our site. Thanks!

That one student who did the sticky notes is someone special. A person who's compassionate for strangers is really rare. Whoever they are, respect. <3
I also find that most teachers don't notice the upset students or just generally ignore them. So seeing that you care is also good to find.

That's how I feel a lot, when I hear about bullyciders.

The message of the group is very good, but could you take the link to my photo down? For personal reasons, I want nothing to do with Facebook.

i agree with this though if it did come to ending it they should think of something better than death , like leaving and not saying a word to anyone , i mean who gave a damn right/ just leave and never go back start a new life where n o one knows you. though thats just one option other than killing yourself.
to bad kids are so heartless today though i wonder why kids have gotten so bad , it was bad when i was younger but it worse now than it was then .kid killing them self has become easier than it has before its like they are being raised to be fragile and to emotional. thats kind if sad i think.

Suicide for a reason is cowardly.
However I find nothing wrong with doing it out of boredom when you have everything you want in life.

People who commit suicide do it because they have nothing left in life. They don't do it because of boredom. They do it out of sorrow. If you can't understand that, then I'm sorry.

Well, I plan to commit suicide out of boredom. It's been done before.
I don't understand suicide because of emotion though - Why don't they just get a job and whatnot?

I don't understand killing yourself because you're bored. Why not get a job, as well? Get a spouse? Skydive? Write? Think? There are a lot more things to do.
Then again, people who suicide over emotions could do the same. I'm guessing they just feel backed in a corner by all the hurt with nothing left to do but die.
Have you ever thought that maybe they can't get a job and whatnot?

I don't need a job, I inherited enough money to live out the rest of my life. On terms of love, I tend to just fuck chicks at sight rather than building a relationship, there's very few people I like.
It's not as much out of boredom, now that I think of it. More of a fear of aging. However, things are getting harder and harder to enjoy. Probably because of drug use. Easily fixed with more drugs though.
I live a really happy life.

So you happen to be one of those rich, drug-addicted, player, novel-worthy type people? I can see why suicide would be an option in your view.
However, I find your fucked-up mind's interpretation of things entertaining. Continue.

I don't want to be rich. I just want enough money to eat, pay rent, and purchase drugs.
I'm definitely not novel worthy, my life is pretty much sitting in an apartment and raving.
Not addicted to drugs either, only weed. I pace myself with other drugs to prevent addiction.

You and thousands of others (although the drug part can probably be left out for some).
That's what novels are about nowadays.
Weed is technically just an herb with "pleasing" side effects; elsewise it wouldn't have started being legalized. I don't see how you can "pace" yourself with drugs, either.

MassiveFaggot In reply to ZoeMoustache [2012-12-21 22:10:47 +0000 UTC]
Weed is actually pretty amazing. It's got more uses than any other substance in the world, and the same plant can be processed into hemp, which has even more uses than marijuana. A gram of highgrade trees a week is healthier than drinking a soda a day. Pretty impressive.
On terms of the more druggy-drugs, I've done ketamine, mdma, lsd, psilocybin, 2cc, 4-ho-met, codeine, alcohol, a few others I can't name off the top of my head, and I used to be into cocaine. Out of those, cocaine, alcohol, and codeine are the only ones that pose any threat. And I plan to never do any of those three again.
Pacing is simple, you stick to regular doses and do them sparingly. Recklessly taking them with no schedule will do damage, and doing the same drug over a long period of time gets you addicted. I just variate, like one week I'll do 3 doses of keta and two doses of x. Then the next I'll change it up. With enough willpower or common sense, anyone can prevent addiction.
Above that, I don't do harmful drugs, and I have enough money to support an addiction, so it really doesn't matter if I am addicted or not. Usually you don't notice an addiction until you run out of the substance.

Do you actually find this justifiable, or are you aware that it's stupid and you just don't care?
I'm trying very hard to not sound like a therapist with a case of stick-up-the-ass, but then again, I've never encountered a drug story quite like yours, and I've found a lot. In fact, I'd prefer it if you simply thought of me as a clueless 16-year-old with nothing better to do than pry your mind. I hate sounding like a counselor who thinks they know everything, because honestly, I know I don't. Most of the stuff you're talking about I haven't the slightest idea about.

A bit of both. I find light drugs(especially marijuana) extremely justifiable, but at the same time I don't necessarily care about the light damage they do to me, it's worth all the good times and feelings.

Are you one of those people who recommends drugs to others? I have a cousin who does weed and my mom chain smokes but they both discourage their individual items of trade.

MassiveFaggot In reply to ZoeMoustache [2012-12-21 22:26:14 +0000 UTC]
I lightly inquire and recommend. Weed is something I tend to push down peoples' throats in recommendation, but I know very few people who don't smoke it already.
The more well-known and safe designer drugs I recommend to people who smoke tobacco or drink(much, much healthier alternative) and anyone at raves, but pretty much all ravers do plenty of drugs already.
I think everyone should at least try a really light drug, however I don't go around encouraging or recommending every person on the planet to.

So, all in all, you're a bit like an over-erratic Christian, with weed being your religion.
This simile may make little to no sense to you.

I have no experience with religion whatsoever, but I don't respect my lifestyle. I just recommend light drug use, if they reject, I don't mention it again. I don't try to get people to live like I do.

Well I'm guessing that's a lot better than my first impression of you.
I happened across your dA page (no I didn't) and noticed that this seems to be the most conversation you've had on deviantART. So I'll take a wild guess and say that you don't tell your life story to everyone if they ask for it.

I've been here for a few months, on different accounts. I tend to post on the internet anonymously and as an entirely different person to avoid being flocked by desperate people and people who can't have sense talked into them.

So you just post your painfully blunt opinions under a psuedonym? To avoid other peoples' opinions on yours?
Well, it makes sense if I look at it in a certain way. It's mostly like hiding behind a mask, like in V for Vendetta.

No, in most of the places I stay in on the internet there's immediate hate for having a screenname and being female, let alone being a lesbian. Posting anonymously there is no reputation to be soiled, no honour to be had, and no "fear" of offending others. That's the beauty of it.

I really don't see any problem in being a lesbian. I have tons of lesbian friends.

MassiveFaggot In reply to ZoeMoustache [2012-12-21 22:56:23 +0000 UTC]
Me neither. I've been lesbian for as long as I've had an orientation, as well as plenty of lesbian friends.
From the lesbians I know, they tend to be more logical and down-to-earth than straights.
I can slightly understand homophobia since I'm heterophobic, but most people take it a bit too far. It's a common thing for two straight girls to hug or be quite touchy, but there's a hesitance for a straight to hug a lesbian. I don't know why things like that work the way they do.

ZoeMoustache In reply to MassiveFaggot [2012-12-21 23:00:33 +0000 UTC]
I've never been one to "reluctantly" hug, whether it's a straight guy, a gay girl, or anything like that. To be honest, I don't see it either. Most girls have no reluctance whatsoever hugging a guy, and just because a girl is gay doesn't mean she's going to immediately grab your ass if you hug her, like some guys might do.
