Well, I suppose if there is one thing Ganondorf is good at, it's dealing with women. I mean, he was brought up by them, keeps capturing Zelda, and treating her like a person... So, Samus wouldn't be too much of an issue.

How has he ever treated Zelda like a person? He imprisoned her in a crystal in OoT, turned her into a puppet in TP, and captured random girls thinking they were Zelda in WW, leaving them locked in cages. He's horrible with women.

Clearly, you've never played the Zelda games to 100%. He has to feed her, take her to the restroom, get her things, etc. Especially in OoT, WW, and TP. Those take forever to 100%. If I was him, I wouldn't waste all that time. It'd be far more efficient and intelligent to kill her, take her piece of the Triforce, then go kill Link before he's prepared. Instead, he hangs out in his castle and waits patiently for you.

I guess I just missed the cutscene where they use the bathroom and go to lunch. Pretty sure he just freezes Zelda in a crystal, and puts tetra to sleep so he doesn't have to deal with either of them.

Zelda in that crystal, in OoT, isn't frozen in it. She's still able to move, talk, respond. She's not in suspended animation. And then there is Twilight Princess, where she wasn't even sealed in anything. She's just left in her room and that area of the castle. Note that Ganondorf is the source of Zant's power, and has some influence over him. Including able to talk to him. And why would he waste the effort to put Tetra to sleep if he could just kill her and take her piece of the Triforce? There is more to him than means your assuming eyes.

Pretty sure if she was given the chance she'd probably leave the castles she was being held in. Takes more than letting someone pee or eat to be a ladies man.

Oh, yeah. Let's just let her leave the castle and be killed and eaten by the inhuman horrors that surround the area, attracted to Ganondorf's power, or under his control to prevent her from leaving, at any means necessary... Wow, you are bad at looking into games more than base level. Sheesh... Not to mention, I'll just use Twilight Princess as an example. Her leaving the castle would've resulted in Zant, Ganondorf's pet, essentially, killing everyone in her kingdom... Something he could easily do, and she knows it.
And of course, because it's a video game. If that's your counter-argument, then why are you pestering me over this? If it's just a video game, why do you care? Why rescue Zelda? After all, she's not real. She's coding. Numbers. Nothing consequential. And if he did kill her, there is PLENTY to run about with. It could start Link down a dark path... Turn him into an anti-hero. Perhaps even become as villainous as Ganondorf, himself, is. I'd find that interesting. Same with if Zelda died, reincarnated, and worked with Ganondorf to stop a villainous Link. It's all apart of using your imagination, something society is trying it's hardest to beat out of me, to think BEYOND the surface. Beyond what you just see...

Zelda isn't just some weakling bitch. And it's not like any of ganon's minions are that strong to begin with. It takes Link like 3 sword hits tops to kill anything. You realize Zelda has magic powers, right?
All I'm saying is your talk about Ganondorf knowing how to handle ladies, and treating her like a person is a bunch of made up bullshit that you're pulling out of your ass. Even bringing up the idea that he helped feed her or let her use the bathroom was the weirdest argument I've ever heard. And how the hell does that make any logical sense? Link never uses the bathroom or eats during his quest, those things don't happen in video games.
Ganondorf is an asshole. He wants the 3 pieces of the triforce so he can become ruler and be granted superior powers, and nothing more. Fact remains that Zelda is inside a cyrstal the entirety of her capture in OoT, is in a sleep state in Windwaker, and is just locked in a tower by Zant in TP. Ganon influences Zant, but isn't in complete control, which you'd know if you beat the game. Any scenarios you made up in your head involving Zelda and Ganondorf don't even exist.

No, I know how to be an asshole and a downright bastard of a villain. Why wait for your foe to get to the strength to fight you? When you can crush them and their ambition early? Break him/her down, and have a chance of making them a minion... As a reward? They get to live, and so to does the hostage... As long as I get what I want.
