This is Alpha, 1 of the A.I.'s that are in charge of the Cyberspace of Ciel City and around it.

His specialty is spying and monitoring things.

He can't be hurt by any normal attack and most special attacks, because they slip right through him, but because of that he has low fighting skills. He can only seal the area, making sure the target doesn't escape and use 1 attack that involves touching the the opponent. What the attack does nobody knows, because no one has ever escaped from him and managed to tell it too others.
