The characters look pretty on point in general, but they're still slightly off. It's mostly the shading that's the issue. You shouldn't shade with black, because it often makes the characters look dirty, black will work with white though, or other grayscale colors. But for the orange I suggest using a darker orange or a brown, even, this'll give the picture more color and pop without looking dirty! Such as the yellows and blues, just using those colors or slightly different colors would make it look much better!

(You don't need to shade every individual mark separately, though! For instance, if the body is mostly white, with blue spots or markings, you can get away with shading with just black, or a dark gray!)

The background also seems off to me, though it's pretty good now. The moon looks oddly misshapen, and uneven. The lineart of the background generally looks like it may have been rushed and a bit sloppy. The craters on the moon are also slightly too big in my eyes, and should be more smoothly lined/drawn. The clouds are also a bit oddly shaped and I would say you may not want to line them, because they are supposed to wispy and soft/fluffy. I really like the sky, though! The stars look really nicely spaced and sized.
