For those of you who don't know what a Neon Caracal is (aka everyone), they're just caracals with longer ears, tails, and legs. And they're neon colored, of course! Wild ones can control electricity, are immune to electric shocks, and can glow in the dark! Max was born and raised in the city though so he doesn't have those powers lol.
