I don't want to be the one to say it, but photoshop can't make vectors. It's not a vector program and what you have done is pen art. A vector is infinitely scaleable and would have to be done in Adobe Illustrator or another vector program such as inkscape.

The PSD file for this has the shape/vector layers though.
Also this MLP vector group says Photoshop is fine for making good quality vectors [link]

But they also say it's not recommend. I did some vectors in photoshop, but Illustrator was so much easier. I know it's hard to learn a new program, but if you want to do more vectors I'd recommend switching

I have tried Illustrator and Inkscape before, but I prefer Photoshop. I might try Inkscape another time

It's your own choice, but vectoring can be done so much faster in Illustrator or another vector program.
