Nice one! Can't imagine how long the eyes took you. My only advice would be to tone down the glow a little, it's a bit overpowering. You can make it more subtle and still have it look great.

I find that subtle effects are almost always the ones that work best. Keep tweaking things until you've got something that looks fancy, but not obnoxiously over the top.
