Well to allow NO criticism seems a bit harsh, since constructive criticism is always helpful
It can be a little hurtful at times, but always useful.
What you probably don't want is hate. And I don't want to do that either
BUT I want to leave some criticism! As I looked through your gallery
to see if you have other animations, and I found three things:
1. That your shading is already really nice and cartoony (take your halloween work f.ex, really detailled, cute and coherent in style)
2. This is a flipaclip animation and for that incredibly smooth - and for that matter,
all your animations have some kind of "smooth bounciness" that makes them more interesting.
I find that pretty cool because I try to learn animation as well (aaand kinda suck at it YET but I train 
and 3.rd you like gorillaz! YEEEES!
