EDIT: I added his chibi ferret-type self in there too, and I removed his necklace... because I always forget he has it. o.o; And it's annoying to draw. ^_^;This is Sennenki, whom I never draw online... only on paper (usually all over my notes during class). But I wanted to make a reference of him since I really like his design and I've never done it in color before. Sennen is my secondary fursona, the one I use for oriental settings. I've had him longer than Zoku, but I never really involved him in anything.
He's Akaihane's older brother, which you can sort of tell from his colors. He started out as a Tanuki/Foo Dog just like her, but a blessing from Amaterasu turned him into a dragon when he was very young. Sennen doesn't remember being anything other than a dragon, though.
His name translates to Millennium and he is one of the spirits that protects Japan. Usually he lurks around near his temple, but he's prone to wandering around because sitting in a temple all day is boring.

Thank you! He took months of minor alterations and great indecision to design. ^__^ And about three hours of my roommate and I messing with colors to find just the right shades of red and cream. XD It was pretty funny.

Thanks Keeko-ness. ^_^ <3 It took me MONTHS to finalize his design on paper. In fact... I finished it for certain yesterday. ^_^;; He was just an idea with a lot of random doodles before. He looked a lot different when I first drafted him... he had ram horns and his tail was like a regular dragon, and he didn't have the same markings as he does now, nor the mane. And his ears were bigger. And I think that's it. XD;
