Honestly, if they just made sure the bed was in a cobbled area rather than that fibrous, cast-iron stuff that moves, they would probably be fine. Er, if they hid in a place closed off by a scrye. Don't want the Seekers drawing little tentacles on your face.

The Seekers, Lurkers and ink pools are not the problem, at least not for Miraak. I don't know if Mora would be nice enough to actually give him a bed, but I doubt he'd endanger his prized prisoner.
The moving and disappearing halls are another thing though.
I think it's the general creepiness of the place that's in cause. I'm always so stressed when I do the Apocrypha levels that I can't imagine sleeping there >__< but yeah, after thousands of years Miraak must have found a bed, even built one.
And now I have the image of Seekers drawing on Miraak's mask. Priceless.
