I recognized it as Frostmourne from just seeing the small preview image in the list of DDs.

You learn from a cutscene in dragonblight that he wakes up with all his memories wiped. He was later picked up by a wandering group of frost dwarves who took him to Storm Peaks. He is now their king since he showed he was like 10 times stronger than them when they where attacked when returning to Storm Peaks by a bear or something! He trained the frost dwarves and made them fierce warriors but he never regained his memories.
