This is utterly lovely! I love the focus! How do you accomplish that? My camera has a shutter priority option, but it never takes good pictures when the object is moving. Do you think its because of the type of camera i use or something? Anyways. The background here is amazing. I absolutely love your work!

Thank you so much!! β₯ And yes I think it depends a lot on the camera but even the lens you use is important, I use my Nikon D7000 with a lens (Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8) that works great with it, it's really fast to focus even on moving objects. I had a lens that was slow before, and it was a pain to try to get photos on moving objects, so a lot depends on the lens too!

Of course!
So where was this taken? Is this area part of your property, or just some place you like to take your dog? Just out of curiosity

This photo is taken at my friend's summer cabin. The dogs have plenty of space to run around on there! Β
Don't visit her too often though, so most of my photos are just taken at random places.

Ahaha I usually just take mine around the house or outback. I took a couple on vacation (like the bird one, I think I called it Soarin' and the crab ones) and some at the park and such. But usually I stick to my house and back yard. xD

Haha, it works that way too. I live in a apartment so I have to take him somewhere to run (he needs to run daily, otherwise he's a pain in the ass) and we enjoy the walks.

I wish I had a dog. I think it'd be fun to have a change for photographing!

My aunt recently got a new puppy, and I'm going to try and get some photos of him when I go over tonight. She'll be gone for like a week on vacation or something so I get to go over there at night and let the puppy and the older dog out and feed them, etc. Hopefully I can get some pictures of him <3 He's so cute! And when he's outback he does this thing where he goes on his back and he just rolls around with leaves in his mouth!

Woo!
Going at 10 this morning. I'll bring my camera. And, I have to stay there forΒ at lest half an hour while they're outside, so hopefully I can get a bunch of pictures. Last night, while I was there, Rocko (the puppy, he's around 11 weeks) he was playing with one of the babies' hats. It was a little straw hat. So Rocko's playing with it, and he gets his face stuck in the hat! Oh, it was great! <3 I'll try and get him to do it today!
