It's not always been that way. I was super bad 2.5 years ago - didn't know a thing about art. As long as you putting your time and effort to improve you will improve. Pretty much all information about art you can find online almost always free. So If you really want to become better at art noone is stopping you besides yourself. When I started I used to forget about sleep and food just cuz i was drawing all the time I wish I was as active nowadays.

What art program do you use?

Photoshop CS6 but you can use any program you like. Photoshop is good for painting since it have good image and color manipulation tools. But It's not good for drawing lines.

I can draw very good but with a pencil and paper...
the art program I have is Paint so it's not very good, it's just all pixels...
