wanted to do some RE4 inspired art and this is what came up.Pip out on a hunt for Los Ganados <3
[Edit] Also, I'm getting alot of comments on his outfit reminding of the game Fallout.
I've never played this game, only heard about it. I don't even own a PS3 nor a 360. Just thought I'd clear things up thar...

I can see where they were calling Fallout in the look. The whole rifle-over-the-shoulder bit and the blue jumpsuit kind of do remind me of Fallout 3 (or at least the way I played for a while).

Just in case no one has told you this yet, Fallout originally was an old rpg PC game created by Interplay back in the mid-to-late 90s, so you might be able to see more on what the original 'Vault uniform' looks like. In short, it was a blue and yellow jumpsuit, most of which had a big yellow number on the back relating to the number Vault the people stayed in in case of a nuclear war; the famous one having a big '13'.
I think this looks really impressive, I like the added details you put into this one. Nice looking pose and anatomy and some great work with the colors.

I can't tell you anything about Fallout 3 though, I have heard both good and bad about the game and I have yet to play it myself.

Fallout? I just thought it was that RPD costume you get in the game.
I think the gradual change in tones are just great, didn't think it could be done so well with marker, especially with the lights and shades through the fur. Great work.

It's been awhile since somehting of yours has sprouted from the ground, but when it does, it shoots out with a 'do or die' attitude. What is nice to see within this piece of work is going back to the roots of working traditionally, but also seeing how you are exploring much more with background art in a very detailed fashion. The colour is perhaps the strongest area of this latest piece for the variety of warm and cold hues on Pip and other areas is very well explored. The detailing gives the work a nice 3D like atmosphere and not only that but connects well to the atmosphere of the RE4 setting (additional a lot cuter in comaprison, but it's there). What is clear from this is that your knowledge and understanding of presenting shading on Pip is outstanding for the vareity of tonal work in the hair, clothing and weponary is an indication of your crafts within colouring.
It may be nice to see another one of these that represent him fighting of the infected villigers or another one of your characters infected by the virus.

My little brother has had over 8 heart surgeries and he can STILL play these kinds of games. And he beat it. I get all panicky when it comes to european villagers running at me speaking gibberish XD

The blue jumpsuit w/ yellow tints and brownish grayish setting give more an impression of fallout 3 than than RE4
