But before I do, I am slightly confused by your TOS //;;
"I own the copyrights of every piece and character I've done, even if I was paid to do so. Editing, selling, cropping, using as banners and etc isn't allowed without paying for such copyrights. The price of the copyrights isn't included in anything I sell, you'd have to contact me to negotiate." "You cannot commercialize my art in any shape or form, simply for the reason that it is profit off my work."
So we can't use your art for those things (which is fine!) but may we use the design itself for them? (Are we able to use the design for commercial purposes?)

You can't use the adopts designs for commercial purposes for example: you cannot put the adopt design in a video game/book etc. and sell that but you are more than welcome to use the adopt design for any personal projects/banners/edits/RP/mascots/decoration/trading/selling (for same price bought or less)!
For the art itself, that can't be altered or edited but the design/character can be ^^
As the original creator, I don't use the designs themselves, only the artwork for self-promotional purpose such as portfolios & commission examples.
