Gotta say, saw it comin.
But your take on her is very good. I'm still quite disappointed that I haven't seen the movie. And I know, I know, it's very good and I should. That's what 50% of my arguments with my most recent ex were about.

Oh my GOD she's GORGEOUS!! .....Jebus, where do I even START!?
Her hair is AMAZING. The colors are perfect, and I love the way you can see the light shining on bits of it. And the way it ends in swirlies makes me giggle like a schoolgirl!! 
And her EXPRESSION. 
You did SUCH a great job on the clothes!! The dress is PERFECT, because even though it's simplistic, it's GORGEOUS. I know part of that is owed to Mr. Burton, but you drew it SO WELL!! The folds are perfect, and I love that the shading curves to fit her ribs on her left!!
And the bones look AMAZING!! I'm crap at drawing skeletons, I don't know how you can do it so well!!
Her skin is SO COOL. I'm not sure if you really did, but it looks like you used quite a few shades of blue, and makes it just look REALLY COOL. The shading is, once again, also realistic.
And the backround color fits SO WELL with Emily. It's such a pretty, poignant color, passionate with a touch of sinister.

Holy....holy God.
This is just...PERFECT. You draw her so amazingly. And that hair...that hair is GORGEOUS. You have the detail down pat and ARGH this just makes me so happy! The Corpse Bride is one of my favorite movies and you've really captured the feel and the raw emotion.
Another thing I like about this is that there isn't a girl who hasn't felt like this before, or who won't feel like it in the future. I can honestly say I feel a lot like Emily at the moment, and there are times I just want to do what is depicted here. It would make things so much easier, no?
Your detail in her skeletal arm and hand astounds me the most. So anatomically correct. I want to fave this over and over again.
