I just made this little tutorial to show y'all how I do my manes and tails. This tutorial was made using photshop, but the technique should work in GIMP with a few tweaks. This also should work if you don't have a tablet, you just might have to take a little more time. I really hope y'all like it.

Please, if you used this tutorial for "your" technique and it is still almost the exact same as mine please don't post a tutorial claiming the technique as "yours".
