I got bored over christmas break and while deidre was playin Knights of the Old Republic 2 i got inspired to do some modeling in lightwave. So i modeled a lightsaber!!! It was fun and while i can't model all that well at all it was fun to build it and I learned a little more..so let me knwo whatcha all think!Related content

Pretty good.
You should keep working at modelling, challenging yourself a little more each time.
Personally, I hate modelling with a passion, but I'm learning more and more, and NURBing really makes anything look really nice with how things are soft (of course, when they're supposed to be soft).
I love the bright orange, but maybe change either the background or the red/orange on the light sabre because the object blends into the background.

Yeah you are completely right! Maybe i should try a cooler color combo for the gradient in the BG..ah well thanks Kris!! And i hear ya on modeling stuff on the computer! ugh!
