Yeah, I did my best but male anatomy is still a touch and go for me. Please edit his chest...so it looks...right.
Anyways, sorry there is no extra hand options with him, I could NOT for the life of me get it to look right but hey! You got a boy, no complaining!

Amy: The problem with his chest is mostly that his torso is a little too long. If you moved the hips up a little, it would look better. You'd mostly just need to move the curved line for his pelvic up slightly (and connect his legs accordingly). Do you mind if I try adjust it when I get around to using this base?
