Villains Wiki isn't reliable, they removed Syndrome even though he's the most evil Pixar villain ever. They were right about removing Broly though, and Mother Gothel doesn't count either.

My favorites are probably Ozai, Vilgax, Hela and Cinder Fall. I've got a suggestion for your next Complete Monster list, Marcus Kane from Solomon Kane. he tries to murder his brother (who was a little kid at the time) for interrupting him trying to rape a woman, and after being brought back to life by Malachi he tortures and kills a lot of people. He's easily just as bad as Malachi.
