pretty much my first L vector hes my 2nd favorite anime character
and believe me, there where MANY MANY MANY
times I wanted to make a vector of him
but I just couldnt find a good screenshot
all the ones I could find where the popular pics of L
and I didnt wanna do one alot of people probably have done
sooo FINALLY, found one I liked :3

well what I basically tell people is
an "anime" vector, to me is
a tracing of a screenshot
using either Illustrator or Photoshop
then recoloring it
