Oh no! Those are here to stay, and are the main boots to the main suit. The boots I didn't like are the ones in the pic I linked in the description, and even then, I only disliked the coloring/material on them.
This entire outfit is kind of my version of her in "The Golden Age", but I'm not a comic purist so I just label it Alternate Age

Hmmmm.... This one is definitely cool, but I feel like the original alternate is much more of a variant.
This one is closer to her regular costume, though it has a lighter and airier feel. This one looks like a "cleaner" version of her normal costume to me. Like, if they were making a TV show about her and still wanted to keep her sexy but cleaned up just enough to get past the censors.
The original variant looks so different. The jump suit gives it a look like she just stepped off the set of a 70's cop movie, but then it's updated at the same time.
It's official. You're just going to have to keep all three.
