I considered just doing newly-formed Dan Phantom, but I figured this would be more interesting. I've never done the eye-flame thing before, that was harder than expected. Phantom had gone full-blown Dan over here, and I think he just blew up the GiW base and next is Amity Park.
Though, he might not let Fenton off with just death. He's pretty dang pissed.
His eyes are green because I think Dan's eyes are only red 'cause of Plasmius.
