Last but also least, welcome to the Winterspire Child of Madness legendary auction. This Stygian may have called himself a king in times long past, but Winterspire is nothing but the vestiges of their long lost fancies - all that remains with them are their futile attempts to cling onto their last memories of the past.

Proxy bids are aokay as long as they cleared it with you!

All payment is in USD. If you win the auction, please be willing to pay within 48 hours of winning the Stygian, or the Stygian may have to be reauctioned (or go to the next highest bidder where applicable). If you would like to discuss payment plans, please contact the artist Zoomutt

There is a snipe guard extension for bids that happen in the last 10 min. For every bid that happens, the auction will be extended by 10 minutes! The auction will end when there are no bids after 10 minutes of the last bid comment in the event of extension.

UNIQUE TO THIS SALE:
DISGUISE FORM SEMI-CUSTOM: All cursed Stygian come with a more simplified disguise form, a form they use to decieve others of their true form. The winner of this auction will get to pick any (even restricted) subspecies to have their disguise form become, and a few general traits they want (non trait related body markings will remain relatively the same as the base form above)

This is a special legendary rarity Stygian as well! Legendary Stygian have a higher chance of passing down a legendary trait, special auction ones have a unique trait only they can pass down (see below).

Special traits:

Abnormal Eyes (Unique to this auction).  Guardian Stygian created from this one may inherit the abnormal eyes ONLY if they pick regular subspecies. This trait does not manifest in any subspecies other than regular, including alt myos (regular, regular primordial, or miniature is okay). Please consult the diagram above to see how to create abnormal eyes. Abnormal eyes cannot be combined with multiple eyes OR floating eyes, but can be layered the same way multiple eyes can with other traits. Abnormal eyes, like multiple eyes, cannot overlap with each other, or stack directly next to each other (ie an entire wall of eyes without gaps in between them). This is an OPTIONAL inheritance from this legendary (by choice if you wish to have the Guardian result inherit it). If using abnormal eyes, you cannot use unusual eyes trait. These cannot be passed on from Guardian Stygian.

Unusual Eyes (unlimited): Guardian Stygian (any subspecies) created from this one can obtain the multiple eyes trait at max 100% body size cumulative, instead of max 50% body size cumulative. All other multiple eyes rules remain (ie max eye size can only be 2x the size of a Stygian eye), it allows for double the number of eyes. If using unusual eyes trait, you cannot use abnormal eyes. Cannot be stacked with multiple eyes but can be stacked with floating (floating eyes do not get a size bonus). These cannot be passed on from Guardian Stygian, or onto Guardian Stygian alt myos.

King of Madnesss: (IC only): This Stygian is the original king of Winterspire. Though their domain of Winterspire has faded over time until it is nothing but an obscure nightmare, you can read about their exploits (if logged into the Stygians site), here . However, since this happened a long, long time ago, it is up to the owner if they wish to have their Stygian canonically remember this lore and expand on it, or have them slowly forget all those memories due to the descent of madness. (Note: there is a current Winterspire quest chain going on that alludes to forgotten memories of this Stygian - think of that quest chain as those Stygian visiting lingering memories of the past. Because of this, Winterspire quest chain quests from others cannot be included as skp for this one).

Descent of Madness (IC only): Sometimes their madness seems more real than the nightmares around them, and to remember events that have transpired, they may begin to madly piece them together on papers and jot together their own rambling, incoherent trains of consciousness. What they do not realize is that anything they jot down may accidentally be replicated if it escapes their cache, to a much lesser degree and sizing scale. For instance, if they write about the eyes or shadows, eyes or shadows may spring up in a nightmare, but incoherent and incomplete. If they write about their grand castle, a much smaller less impressive castle may appear: ominous but ultimately, not quite threatening. These are illusions: they disappear themselves over time.
