Don't ask me who is it, what happend, what is the background story behind this.Because I don't know. It was the doodle at first.
Could be ZIM.
I didn't know the colors of the elite costumes, so I did it by my imagination.

Yep, it's hard to get all the curves right and the shape paralleled and straight enough. even though the Pen Tool in Adobe Illustrator is epic, that still is not a fun process ;>_>

I'll go with thinking this is Zim a few years later send yet to another "mystery planet" by the Tallest in hopes that he'll die before anyone finds out about his height increase.
