This is awesome as all hell, and yes that pun is quite intended. Sue me.
The imps could use a little bit of more lighting so they could be easier to see, but that my only real gripe. I'm not an expert at art on any means.

You've combined elements of the newer DOOM 2016 monsters but at the same time stayed VERY TRUE to the Classic that started it all! These should have been in the game!
Also, that Cyberdemon's Rocket Launcher looks like it can deliver more punch than a Battleship's 16" cannon! It could KO the Doom Guy with one blast (even with max armor)!

You are right not to be satisfied. The Emotion and Guts of the piece are there, however the small details need to be sharpened such as the shotgun/pistol? and the background demons. Pay close attention to the things you don't think are important. Devil is in the details, so Rip and Tear.

Yep, I'm working a lot on the edge control becuase I think that's the biggest problem. This here should have more lost edges where not focus to give more atmosphere and detail illusion and more hard details edges on the main focus areas.
