"I've got no strings to hold me down, to make me fret or make me frown, I had strings but now I'm free, there are no strings on me!"

Growing up, I always wanted a Pinocchio marionette of my very own. One that I could make dance and sing, but of course, with all the strings attatched. So in 2010, I finally took to my policy as I grew older; if I can't find it, I'll make it. And thus, I started to make the puppet in the hopes that air drying clay would have sufficied in stead of actual wood.

Finally after five long years, he's come off of the shelf and onto the stage!

I am VERY glad that I finally got this done. He's far from what I hoped he'd be, and I'm not proud of how he turned out. But so long as he works and as long as he can make me smile, then I suppose I'm satisified.

Made with: 2 types of clay; (Plasticine and air drying clay), wire, yarn, and chopsticks.
