I'm dreaming of all these wonderful minimal themes I see lately (especially those from djcarpenter : [link] ), so I took a shot at it.It's not the same level, but hey, I do what I can.
Icons token, iconoclasm 4x4 dense, and springtomize to hide everything. Wallpaper is from here : [link]

I had a theme that was similar to this but was green and had the similar impression type logos, not as dark and was a solid either green or brown color and I can no longer find it. If anyone has a clue what that theme is called I'd surely appreciate if you would let me know.

Hey mate, how'd you get the token icons on iphone?

I downloaded them on deviantart, and made a bundles folder to put them into. Their size is already good for iphone 4.
The most simple way to do it is to download a theme, and put each icon in the right place, replacing old icons by the token ones.
