nice colours, though until I noted the tentacles, I honestly thought it was a nightelf.
I don't recall golden aples being part of WoW, so where'd that come from?
I'm aware of the ones from Nordic mythology, but that hasn't been used in the current expansion (alot in the previous one thanks to the Warrior class and the halls of valor, but that was watered down with all that shiny light/christian themes mixed in).

Thanks! Honestly, I have no idea about the symbolic component of an apple, it was the customer's wish. Maybe there is a mythological thing, and maybe it has some kind of individual meaning.

well golden apples in Nordic mythology was the source of the gods longelivity,
they ate them and got younger.
In Greek mythology there was some golden apples that Hercules had to get as part of his twelve Labours,
but he got Atlas to do it instead.
A wiki search showed that there was also some in the irish mythos too,
but practically no one ever pays attention to the celtic myths, shame really, since it's quite a rich story.

Considering that goddess' parentage (whether it be Hera + Zeus or Erebus + Nyx, or both) actually matches the voidelves quite well I think,
