I have been a bit too busy for doing fun art on the computer lately, being involved with a web design/hosting company. (Sitewright/CISJ)They requested a photo of me, and all I had was a terrible shot from a bad digital camera, taken on a monday morning after a 48 hour drinking binge with two hours sleep. (I have quit drinking for about 4 years, and look much better now.
)I couldn't resist the temptation to 'fix' it.

I selected my image with the pen tool,
converted the path to a selection,
copied and pasted to a new layer,
duped the layer abou 6 times,
set them to different transparancies and modes,
then did the touch ups a bit at a time.
Stacked together, they hide most imperfections.
I love it when an experiment works.
