Just drawing out some old fanfic ideas, seeing whether I could revive my interest on fanfic writing again. This would be a scene from the sequel to Old Morose Bats (Snape/Tonks comedy), which has been hanging as an irksome WIP since I left FF.net. Tonks has come to visit Snape in the Slytherin dungeons en passant. She has some trouble to handle mentally his horribly obsolete manners of wooing and odd sense of flattery (This is majorly how I picture him, someone with brains stuck into the Jane Austen era and wearing breeches under his robes. Not a blondified bishie in hip jeans going 'kewliez, ur a sezzay gurl', that is.).Had in mind to put him say something like 'Indeed, as silky as the surface of well-brewn essence of jellybrains is your sweet little hand, Miss Nymphadora...', but it didn't fit.
Probably some mistakes, taking crit.

Dammit Tonks! You ain't touchin' mah man! Just kiddin' :3 I love the way his hand looks gianormus and super thin compared to Tonks's wee little hands (which I have too...) and I want a set of Slytherin tea stuff :3 may attempt to make it in my ceramics class...see how it turns out.

Poor Tonks...she's flattered and creeped out at the same time. This is one of the reasons I like your style of Snape (heck I like all your stuff you pay attention to little details). You have him look sinister...yet kinda sophisticated.

Well I like it and I agree that I hate when girls make Snape look all bishyfied and sexy and stuff. I will admit he might be somewhat handsome in his own stubborn sort of way but with him you would really have to give that some time.......a long time Lol.
But I like it. I can tolerate Snape/Tonks for some reason but I hate Snape/everyone else. Especailly Hermione!!!! ><
I love the way you color alot and your vision of some HP characters are unique.
Maybe you could give me some coloring tips. It would be very wonderful. Lol, I can't color that great at all.

Unfortunately I've put EoQ aside for now. I had hoped to fit it alongside the new canon when book 6 came out, but kind of ran out of possibilities. I had the fic on hiatus for such a long time because of schoolwork and a corrupted hard disk (I lost a fair amount of the revised writing and, frankly, got a bit fed up with typing all that again.). I'm mostly concentrating on my own fantasy novel at the moment, and really can't say when I'll get an inspiration to return to fanfiction.
Voldie coming for me? XD Well, I'll be sure to put the coffee on...

And again I envy Tonks' dress. I want one of those, too!!! Her expression is very well made, very cute. I would blush, too, if Snape were in such close proximity to me, I am absolutely certain.
And SNAPE! Omg, he looks almost as if he were gentle and lovey-dovey and sugary and sweet and all those other UN-Snapely things I can imagine.

Awww! It really is rather sweet! I love Tonks mortified/surprised expression, poor Snape is trying so hard! Great anatomy on Tonks too btw, her arms are very pretty and I like her chinese style dress.

Deffently agree with you there. I always had the idea of him being the type who would cover as much of himself as possable and probibly seeing woman who dress that way more alluring then woman who show a lot of skin.
You know, more of an intellectual romantic mindset.

Picky critique: where is your light source? All your shiny fun effects are shiny, and fun, and I like them, but I have no clue where the light's coming from. Snape's robe esp. shows a lot of highlights.

Aa. Good point, there. I was going for a noncoherent tri- or ternary light source for this, maybe a torch here and a candle there all around the room, but I guess it'd still have created less highlights. Maybe I should take a better look at the shadow effects in the future.

I've wanted to draw these two together for such a long time. As characters and apostrophic pink/green symbols they work very well together. You've satisfied the need for Tonks & Snape. I love you Snape... he's very sinister. I also enjoy your Tonks, as she is not 'PUNK ROCK TONKS.' The intensity of your colors/rendering is enchanting. <3

Ugh, yes, I should continue it. Only if I could buy time somehow... bottled, or whatever, or maybe filch a time-turner from the HPland. It's so annoying to have unfinished works prowling around. But what can you do when school and an author's block get on the way? >.<

Yah, I know how it is... I've got so many fanfics that I haven't finished... And probably never will because I'm frusterated at how crappy the first few chapters are, xD That, and I lack the time and patience to do so anymore... I have a novel to write, as well as a comic to write/draw! Never mind the fact that I'm only down a prologue and a chapter of the novel... And 8 handwritten pages of the comic's story... It will be completed! One day! *shakes fist valiantly* Though school does get in the way... Sort of... Not really... I'm strong enough in math to ignore the teacher and write, but I can't afford to do so in any other class but computers... Crazy teachers and the fact that they love to hear themselves talk ><;
