It was a nice opportunity for me to work around textures and I enjoyed a lot this background. I tried to play with precised / blurred areas, helped by the photo reference.

I hope you will enjoy this little scene too !

Let me know if something sounds wrong. I wasn't sure for the little faery kid : I added at the end a blue layer to better integrate it in the decor.
