I'm sorry it took this long....
I drew one on SAI right after receiving your request, but I thought it was a rush and didn't turn out okay to me
so I abandoned that and waited until recently to drew another one with traditional method instead.
Note to self: I will remake this. Traditionally or not.
Tools used: Water colour; colour pencils
Time used: A few days

You did a very good job! The shading is definitively the best detail of the whole piece: I LOVE IT! 
The characters have a great design and are able to represent the two contrasting elements in all their simplicity. Fire's hair is lovely and the huge flame Fire comes from looks like a golden crown; the little flame on her hand is a simple but powerful weapon.
The bodies are anatomically correct and realistic: no mistakes on proportions and well-done hands (the hardest parts).
Just a little thing to improve: the background. I think a slightly sketched background would have made the scene much more attractive. Also, Ice's sword looks a bit crooked.
But great job anyway!

The poses are actually from that DAZ 3D models software. I still don't really know how that works, but it has a lot of poses for reference and I can look at them inΒ different perspectives. So I guess that's why they don't have many mistakes.Β
You're right about the background. When I finished the characters, I had an odd feeling that something was amiss. I suppose it's the empty background.Β
