More Cuba sketches from my little 5" x 7" travel sketchbook. By day 2 and 3 I was loosening up a bit and having fun with quick observations turning in to sketch material.- A young girl sipping away at her fruit punch while her family took a dip in the pool and left her to watch their coffees.
- A portly eastern European gentleman who sat at the poolside bar looking unimpressed with everything. I didn't have to exaggerate that bulb of fat at the back of his head. It was all there.
- Quick glimpses of faces caricatured a bit and committed to the sketchbook.

I love the balance between cartoon and reality you have with these... they seem almost exactly in the middle, or maybe leaning towards reality. Very cool.
