{ Background }
Kit
Rainkit and her siblings were born to Dawnflame (deputy) and the late Hailbird (medicine cat) in Mapleclan- forged from a forbidden love. Their father, Hailbird, committed suicide (although no one but perhaps Rootheart knows the true details) before he knew of Dawnflame's pregnancy. Rainkit and her siblings- Oakkit, Cherrykit, and Rootkit- were born moons after the incident, with tensions running high between their mother and the leader of Mapleclan, Wolfstar. (Dawnflame was demoted and a younger warrior took her place of their shared duty.) Eventually, Dawnflame moved herself and her kits to Meadowclan, where they were greeted warmly. The three kits grew strong, with Rainkit a mirror image of her father and her siblings as rowdy as their parents. One day Rainkit went to find a gift for her mother, because she looked incredibly sad, and got lost. After a small time, Rainkit was guided back by who she claimed was her dead father (who resides in the Dark Forest for reasons unknown to the living) with a beautiful tiger lily for her mother. A fox attacked and Dawnflame risked herself for her kits. (Cherrykit and Oakkit decided to follow.) Hailbird then appeared and fought off the fox, where Dawnflame and kits made their escape.
Apprentice
Rainpaw was made an apprentice in Meadowclan alongside her siblings, Cherrypaw and Oakpaw. Her first few moons were uneventful for her, as she was very young. Rainpaw didn't get to see her siblings often because of her apprentice work and other things. She picked up on physical things like hunting and fighting quite well, although social things she was worse at. Rainpaw didn't make many friends and often was either with her siblings or with her mentor for training. Around her 11th moon and approaching her 12th, she and Cherrypaw went out to look at a two-leg barn, and were chased by a two-leg and his dogs. They were chased, Cherrypaw got a bullet through her right ear as they tried to get away. The sisters tried to climb a tree in attempts to get away, and Rainpaw was almost there but she was caught by a dog- it bit her tail. She was freed and as she climbed the tree she was shot in her left ear. Rainpaw went into shock by the time the two-leg left. When the sisters got back, Rainpaw was still in shock.

Nighthawk chuckled, not dark, but deep and light at the same time. "Not quite, but good idea." he told the small she-cat, proud she at least made a try. "It's about balance, endurance, and strength- actually." He said, looking ahead as the training clearing came into view. "Balance is for when you're thrown, so you get back up and can fight before they think you should be up. It will serve you well for getting on top of your opponent, since they aren't near as agile or flexible." he rattled on- not bothering to look for if Fawnpaw was listening. "Endurance is like balance, to get up when they aren't ready. To outlast and strike when you're ready. Strength is not to hit the opponent, but to dodge- strong legs means better jumping."

I need to know how Rainkit would react if she found out that Dawnflame got into a relationship with a new cat?? Because she and Ravenecho are pretty much a couple now but Dawnflame is worried about telling her kits because she doesn't want them to be upset about it.
Cherrykit wouldn't care honestly (especially if it makes her mama happy) so she's good, not sure about the others tho xD

Rainkit really wouldn't mind- she would feel a little betrayed as she resembles her father and would see it as Dawn abandoning her in a way. But Rain would understand that Dawn deserves to find a new significant other and quickly understand that concept.
