A watercolor outined in Microns of two zebras drinking. From a photo. I didn't really like the background in the photo, so I showed the water more blueish and purplish than it really was, and made it fade into the background wash from golden to blue. I also added salt to make the splotches. I used about 5 or 6 layers, just on the zebras. It was for my Grandmother, who asked for something black and white(her and her husband's house is black and white-themed). I really wanted to do something for her; she does not have many years left. I know the background isn't black and white, but it seemed to fit.Watercolor, Microns, Salt - 4" x 5.75" watercolor paper - 5-6 hrs.
