As a defendant, maybe? Ooh! Even better! A defendant in the Hat-1 miracle because the astronaut that went with Starbuck then died and the motive the prosecution comes up with is that because Clay was always so desperate to go into space, but he wasn't ready so someone else went, could be a reason for revenge, which of course is wrong.
